\r\n3D Image Processing integrates logarithmic camera chips from NeuriCam into world’s first logarithmic digital stereo camera

\r\n3D Image Processing GmbH (3D IP) and NeuriCam S.p.A. have concluded a strategic partnership that calls for the logarithmic camera chips from NeuriCam to be used in the digital stereo cameras from 3D IP and therefore integrated into the widest variety of applications. A short while ago, 3D IP introduced the world’s first digital logarithmic stereo camera, which is already equipped with the NeuriCam NC1802 chip. This allows online image correction using an FPGA integrated in the camera. The highly innovative stereo camera from 3D IP is far superior to classic stereo cameras and sets new standards in industrial distance measurement.
\r\n“;“ In the framework of the cooperation, joint on-going development of the 3D IP stereo camera’s hardware components and collaboration on additional projects were agreed upon. In addition, NeuriCam obtains the right to market the world’s first digital logarithmic stereo camera from 3D IP.

\r\nNeuriCam already introduced the world’s first logarithmic digital stereo camera from 3D IP at Vision 2003 in Stuttgart.
