German company SICK AG increases its stake in IVP to 92%

“ Within SICK’s Industrial Sensors Division, IVP will be the competence center for machine vision. Mats Gökstorp will continue as Managing Director and is appointed as manager for the Business Unit Machine Vision with world-wide responsibility for the machine vision business of the SICK Group. Robert Forchheimer, founder of IVP, will remain as Chairman of the Board of Directors of IVP.

\r\nThis acquisition comes after yet another successful and profitable business year. As a member of the SICK group, IVP will continue to strengthen its leadership in high-speed 3D vision, and supply OEM machine building customers and Vision integrator’s with the highest performing 3D vision cameras available on the market.
